Delivering 5 LEED certified projects in 10 months, savings AED 23.5 million in 33 months with a payback period of 27 days, installing the UAE’s first dual axis solar tracker and the unique Development Control Regulations for Enpark, were some of the achievements of the SEED team that enthralled the audience at the 4th Cost Effective Sustainable Design and Construction on 8th March 2010 in Dubai.
Sougata took the audience through the fantastic journey that TECOM has had over the last 3 years in adopting sustainable development as a driver of increased profitability – social, environmental and most importantly fiscal.
