When will I, as a consumer be able to sell my unconsumed PV generated electricity back to the grid?

Looks like the green enrgy promotion is going to take a practical shape after all. I am very enthusiastic about green energy, however the region where oil is so cheaply available and is a source of economical development, we don't see a sincere attempt. Now the promise seems real. I wish it takes off with all and sundry in a big way as it is in harmony with the natural support from Allah.

Finally we have this kind of project in Dubai, which will respect the environment and natural landscape. I want to build my house there, keep me a plot please :)
